There isn’t much better than a lightly sweet shortcake soaking up the juices of whatever summer fruit is in season. Our shortcakes are made with care and baked in muffin tins (complete with cupcake wrapper) for a unique shape. But the flavor is classic, especially combined with some whipped cream.
